A good old joke: A long time ago, a caller from out of locale came to a tour in Manhattan. At a finish of a tour they took him to a financial district. When they arrived to Battery Park a guide showed him a little good yachts anchoring there, as well as said, "Here have been a yachts of a bankers as well as stockbrokers."
