In the Southwest Airlines, the Pilot says: "Folks, we have reached the cruising altitude now, so we am going to switch the chair belt sign off. Feel giveaway to move about as we wish, but greatfully stay inside the craft till we land...it's the bit cold outside, and if we walk on the wings it affects the flight pattern."
